Juanita L. Staggs, 91, of Dubuque died at 10:35 am, Friday December 17,2021 at home. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:45 am Tuesday at the Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Road, followed by a funeral service at 11 am.

Juanita was born on April 26, 1930 in Otter Creek, Iowa, to Clarence and Margaret Pearl (Dimmer) Sagers.

She married Douglas K. Staggs on March 1, 1952 in Maquoketa, Iowa. He passed away on November 23, 1990.

Surviving are seven children, Christal (Richard) Fure. Jamie (Ron Link) Woolf, Jackie (Mike) Merfeld, Jodi (Bill Collins) Bryson, Judi Staggs, Steven Staggs, and James (Sue) Staggs. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, fifty-five great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren. Juanita is also survived by her brother, Jeff Sagers; a sister in law, Rosalie Loes, and many nieces and nephews.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; son John; grandson Douglas; a brother, Harold and four sisters in law.
