Katherine J. Elsner, 92, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.

A funeral mass celebrating Katherine’s life will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, February 23, 2018, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Maquoketa, Iowa. Visitation will be held prior to the mass beginning at 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Maquoketa. Burial will be at the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Maquoketa, Iowa.
