Sandra Ann Harry, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away surrounded by family on August 12th, 2026, at the age of 77. She was born on January 13th, 1949 in Cuba City, WI, daughter of Nicholas and Alfreda (Blum) Murray. Sandra’s family was raised in Galena, IL, where they all went to school.

Sandra worked at Mario’s Italian Restaurant for many years and later at the former Eagle Window and Door. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending time at the casino (affectionately known as “the boat”). She also enjoyed cooking, playing slots on her phone, watching her soap operas, and a good mocha frappe. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family and grandchildren. She always put her family first and had such a big heart.

She is survived by her three children, Michele (Ricardo) Harry-Segura, Jerry (Carla) Pauser, and Tony Harry (Lesley Shepherd); her siblings Danelle Murray, Karen Gresty,  Debbie (Doug) Taylor, Kathy Majkut, Donnie (Laurel) Murray, and Donna (Dennis) Lundgren; eight grandchildren, Daniel, Triston, Brianna, Brenden, Trevor, Tyler, Miguel, and Kourtnee; and six great-grandchildren, Kayson, Ivy, Landen, Evelyn, Byrdie, and Sofia; and many nieces and nephews.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Alfreda & Nicholas Murray; her siblings, Colleen (Oscar) Gerth and Nick Murray; two brothers-in-law Richard Gresty and Tom Majkut.

Sandra will be remembered for her love and compassion of family, her delicious cooking, and the joy she found in simple pleasures and time spent with those closest to her.

Her family would like to thank the hospice nurses from Above and Beyond that took great care of Sandra, Dr. Herman, and also extend a big thank you to Jennifer Sellner.
