Timothy D. “Tim” Wagner, age 78, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, after a courageous year-long battle with leukemia.

Tim was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, on October 24, 1947,  son to Stanley and Doris (Kenney) Wagner. He proudly served in the Army National Guard. He eventually made his way north to Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska. Finally, to settle in the Seattle area, where he raised a family and became a successful entrepreneur, owning several “The UPS Store” franchise locations. Later in life, he met his beloved wife, Kim, and together they shared many wonderful years filled with companionship, laughter, and unwavering devotion to one another.

A man of deep faith, Tim found comfort and strength in God’s Word. Reading Bible verses each day was an important part of his life and reflected the quiet, steadfast faith that guided him throughout his life.

Tim found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved playing board games, cheering on his favorite sports teams, watching birds—especially cardinals—and spending time with his devoted dog, Riley. Friends and family will smile remembering his fondness for a slice of toast with JIF peanut butter, one of his favorite simple treats.

Tim will be remembered for his kindness, resilience, sense of humor, entrepreneurial spirit, unwavering faith, and the love he had for those who were important to him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Wagner; his daughter, Amanda Rochelle; his son, Adam Wagner; his stepson, Josh Wells, and Josh’s wife, Jennifer; his stepdaughter, Chelsea Barrett, and her husband, Kevin; his sister, Karen; his grandchildren, Isaac, Maxwell, and Wesley; along with extended family and friends.

In accordance with Tim’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no public services planned at this time.

 along with numerous extended family, friends and neighbors.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents.
