The Dubuque County Elections Office has been notified that construction will be taking place in the parking lot at Comiskey Park. Due to the construction, the location will no longer be available as a vote center for the Dubuque Community School District Special Election on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

To ensure voters have accessible and convenient options, voters may cast their ballot at any one of the remaining vote center locations on Election Day. Voters are not required to vote at a specific location.
